Dashmularishta, also spelled as Dasamoolarishtam, is an Ayurvedic formulation comprising more than 50 herbs along with the group of ten herb roots known as Dashamula. It is used widely as a health tonic. It is a fermented liquid preparation made with various herbal ingredients beneficial for health.

2.Period Pain
Period Pain in medical terminology is called Dysmenorrhea. It is the pain or cramps caused during or before a menstrual period. In Ayurveda, this condition is known as Kasht-Aartava. According to Ayurveda, Aartava or Menstruation is controlled and governed by Vata dosha. So, it is important to control the Vata in order to manage dysmenorrhea. 3.Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is known as Aamavata in Ayurveda. Amavata is a disease in which aggravation of Vata dosha and accumulation of Ama (toxic remains in the body due to improper digestion) takes place in the joints. Amavata starts with a weak digestive fire and leads to the formation of Ama. It is carried to different parts of the body through Vata. This Ama, instead of being absorbed in the body, gets accumulated in the joints.
